Mario is a legend in the West Coast Swing world and is one of the best teachers around.

An amazing dancer and a funny guy. John organises the Liberty Swing event in his hometown of Newark, New Jersey. John is one of the most creative dancing leads and was incredibly generous to the new Aussies when we met him at Boogie by the Bay in 1006. At 4am in the morning he finished his DJ shift and danced with a line of Aussie women after they waited patiently for Raeleen to be John's first Aussie.

Robert came from the Country dancing world and Nicola is all ballroom class. They are great teachers and dancers. Robert is producing the West Coast Swing movie called Love n Dancing.

Sophy and Jason met at a dance event in 1998 and the rest is history, they compete together in the Showcase division and are ranked among the top West Coast Swing dancers. Jason excels in the Jack n Jill events and Sophy is also making noise in this division. The best thing about these 1 however is how friendly they are. Jason is among the most generous of the Professional dancers. He was sweet to ask me to dance at Boogie by the Bay last year and has asked me to dance at each event we attended afterwards and it was a highlight for me. They are both coming to Australia in December and I will looking forward to sharing them with you all.
22 April - Update
Jason and Sophy visited us in Sydney in April 2009 and they are the most professional, friendly, easy going, clever, dance knowledgeable and wonderful dance teachers and the best people.
Jason swims like a Fish and Sophy tells the best jokes. We really enjoyed their classes and look forward to their return downunder.

I had the pleasure of taking their workshops in Phoenix and Liberty Swing in 2009 and they amazing, not only are they the sweetest of people but their classes were fantastic, they are a definite must to have in Australia at some time. Michael is the consumate gentleman dancer and Jennifer is fresh creative partner and they compliment each other.
(p.s if you are going to an event in the US when Jennifer will be, make sure you take her some Vegemite, it may be best to leave it with her husband Erik so he can ration it out !)
